Mold Location System
Hasco’s Loc Check A5900/ is a magnetically mounted device that allows users to locate a mold wherever a mobile phone network is available.
HASCO America says its Loc Check A5900/ provides worldwide mold tracking via GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication), same as mobile phones. The new technology will be on display at the PTXPO (March 29-31; Donald E. Stephens Convention Center; Rosemont, Ill.) Magnet mounting gives molders various options and flexibility when installing the Loc Check.
With GSM tracking, the tool’s location can be called up using an intuitive web interface. HASCO notes that maximum data security is guaranteed through the use of certified servers. The Loc Check’s battery charge lasts for more than 3000 transmission cycles, which, depending on the transmission frequency, corresponds to an operation period of up to three years. The transmitter can be used in temperatures up to 120 C.
