Here’s More On The PT Knowledge Network
Stop by to see us in Booth 3303, West Hall
Last month in this space I talked a bit about our plans for the Plastics Technology booth at NPE2012, Apr. 1-5, at the Orlando Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. I talked about our theme: the PT Knowledge Network, and how it highlights the people, the products, and the publications that connect manufacturing professionals to Plastics Technology. Did I give you the booth number? Here it is again: Booth 3303, West Hall.
I promised you more details about the PT Knowledge Network. Here they are:
First, we have established a website, ptonline.com/network, that details the extent of our activities at the show. They include the Plastics Technology networking and knowledge bar; live and video presentations; interactive and multimedia displays.
Hey, everyone likes a contest—we have one of those, too. The Knowledge Network contest will reward entrants with a t-shirt, two drinks redeemable in the Plastics Technology networking and knowledge bar, and a chance to win one of five iPads we’ll be giving away at NPE.
I talked last month about how The PT Knowledge Network will expose our audience to the depth and breadth of our offerings and how each of these products connect our audience to experts in the field. And not just Plastics Technology, but also our sister publications aligned with this field: MoldMaking Technology, Modern Machine Shop, Automotive Design & Production, Composites Technology, and High Performance Composites. Each of these will be represented at our booth.
I hope I have adequately expressed my excitement about the upcoming show. All signs point to it being a landmark event. Exhibitors are still being added as I write this. Registration numbers continue to climb. Our industry has shaken off the doldrums. The issue you are holding, at 120 pages, is the largest issue of Plastics Technology in about five years.
So I trust you have made your plans to attend the show. If not, you still can. And when you get there, stop by our booth and tune in to the PT Knowledge Network.
Did I give you the booth number? Yes, a few times now, but here it is again anyway: Booth 3303, West Hall.
