Michael Croxton currently serves as an account manager at Canon Virginia, Inc. Michael has over 30 years of experience in injection molding and tooling for injection molding. He started in injection molding in the late 1980s, supporting new product startups as a process and tooling engineer. Certified as a master molder, he has been involved in injection molding throughout his career, supporting multiple industries to include consumer products, automotive, marine and aerospace. With his background in process and tooling, Michael has supported multiple improvements in tool design to reduce production costs. His expertise focuses on ensuring the best quality, cost and delivery of plastic molded parts. Michael is a member of the Society of Plastics Engineers.

Wayne Daniel

Director of Business Development

Wayne Daniel has been engaged in the tooling and molding industry for over 30 years. Wayne has experience in both injection molding and tool manufacturing, including previous roles as Canon Virginia’s director of molding and director of tool manufacturing operations. During this time, he has guided activities in mold processing and production innovation with a focus on cost reduction, efficiency and flow improvements, and personnel development.
