Unique clamp mechanism is designed to minimize any platen deflection during tonnage build phase. The result is a uniform clamp force which can allow for lower clamp force requirements, better part dimensions, reduction of flash, tool wear from overstressing and better part venting.

The stationary platen design improves mold parallelism while nozzle touch is made.
