Online Visibility of Machine Availability
Arburg’s Ready2Go app lets European users see available injection molding machines, which the company says can be delivered in three to four weeks.
During the company’s 2022 Technology Days event, injection molding machine supplier Arburg announced that European users of the arburgXworld customer portal will now have the opportunity to view the list of available warehouse and showroom machines via the new “Ready2Go” app. Since 2021, Arburg has been producing Allrounders from the Golden Edition and Golden Electric “ready to go” series to quickly satisfy customer demand, saying it’s able to deliver in stock new Allrounders within three to four weeks.
The “Ready2Go” app currently includes new hydraulic and electric machines from the Golden Edition and Golden Electric series with uniform basic technical equipment. If required, customers can have additional functions tacked on, including features like extra core pulls, more mold heating circuits or a specific cylinder module.
In addition to “New Machines”, the app also lists “Refurbished Machines” and “Showroom Machines”. These include Allrounders that have been deployed by Arburg for purposes like in-house production, trade fair displays or in its Customer Center. The “Ready2Go” range is also supplemented by robotic systems such as the Integralpicker V and Multilift Select.
As new Allrounder Golden Edition and Golden Electric are manufactured to a standardized specifications, they appear in the “Ready2Go” overview, which was previously only accessible by Arburg sales staff. Now they can also be viewed by all European arburgXworld users via the “Ready2Go” app. After logging into the customer portal, users can select a machine; start an inquiry; and receive an individual offer. After the final order, any customization takes place.
Using the new Ready2Go app that’s part of the arburgXworld digital, customer portal, customers can see what machines Arburg has in stock.
