Exhibiting at a major show for the first time since acquiring gwk and Reisner, technotrans will debut several technologies at K 2022, including a series of refrigeration units with frequency-controlled rotary screw compressors, and an AI-based process data monitoring system. technotrans will also present an upgraded version of its eco.line temperature control units (TCU), and a new variothermal switching and control unit.

A new chiller series with a cooling output of up to 1500 kW and refrigeration circuits for flexible use will debut. These circuits are either water-cooled or air-cooled, depending on which provides greater energy efficiency. At the trade fair, technotrans will also present refrigeration units with propane as an environmentally friendly refrigerant.

In addition, the company will showcase a redesigned version of the control-integrated water distribution system—itd evo—and an upgraded version of the eco.line series of TCUs. Those units feature speed-controlled pump systems.

tecnotrans says its new AI-based process data monitoring systems for injection molding machines and temperature control units, offer a secure plug-and-play cloud platform with web-based software to enable process monitoring, process control and cross-site machine control via the cloud.
