Turnkey Program for Additive Manufacturing
EOS will offer solution for de-risking and accelerating additive manufacturing projects.
EOS North America’s Additive Minds group launched its AM Turnkey consulting program, aimed at removing common roadblocks associated with industrial 3D printing by refining all necessary steps for successful additive manufacturing (AM) production. Upon conclusion of the consulting program, a proof of production guarantee is provided.
To accommodate AM Turnkey projects, EOS constructed a dedicated, secure area within its Pflugerville, Texas, technical center. The Additive Minds team provides real-time management and oversight of projects by engineers and service technicians. AM Turnkey pilot customers have the option to have badged employees on-site to collaborate directly with EOS on all project stages, from material science to production and post-processing.
The AM Turnkey program includes:
1. Detailed project mapping tailored to customer project timelines and requirements
2. 3D printer setup, secure system configuration and a dedicated ITAR compliant machine bay
3. Full customer access to purchased system for the duration of the project, including access to the on-site Additive Minds engineering team
4. Proof of Production guarantee and training hand-off, based on customer preference
