Ewikon now offering full range of auxiliaries from Main Tech of Italy.
A complete line of auxiliary equipment from Italy’s Main Tech Plastics Engineering Srl is now available through Ewikon Molding Technologies, Rockford, Ill. The line, which Ewikon introduced at NPE2012 in Orlando, includes a wide range of hopper loaders, desiccant and hot-air dryers, granulators conveyors, mixers, and more.
One of Main Tech’s newest offerings is a volumetric dosing unit, called LDM0, which can be mounted directly on injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding machines. The compact system has one dosing screw to convey masterbatch or additives to the machine. The screw is driven by a constant-torque brushless motor with a robust gearbox
