AEC Extends Warranty on BD Series Blender
Coverage extended from previous term of one year.
AEC has extended the parts warranty on its high-precision BD Blender to five years from one year, giving processors even more peace of mind to go along with superior performance.
Effective Jan. 1, 2024, AEC will repair or replace any parts returned to AEC, pre-paid, within five years of equipment shipment to the original purchaser which in the company’s opinion are defective.
Warranty claims will be evaluated for coverage eligibility at no charge, either with an inspection at the customer’s site or via video. For eligible repairs, customers will be given a return code to ship blender parts to AEC, pre-paid, for repair or replacement.
“Our BD Blenders are highly trusted for their unmatched mixing performance and precision control in a package that is very operator friendly,” says Mark Johansen, vice president of marketing and product management for ACS Group. “We know our customers are confident in the performance of this series — and we are eager to show how confident we are that these blenders will serve them well for a long time.”
Warranties are nontransferable from the original installation site and do not cover consumables (load cell assembly, mixer high-level sensor) or air solenoid failure resulting from poor air quality.
