The smooth operating table-style saw with a servo motor offers unmatched cut accuracy and repeatability operated through the user-friendly Siemens touch screen. The interface walks you through set-up screens for your application and includes recipe management software for quick recall of saved jobs. The control includes a batch counter, timer, optical or mechanical cut signal inputs, and is Ethernet-ready. A variable speed AC arbor motor allows a range of blade rpm’s to tune the process to your product.
Operator safety is maintained with the enclosed blade cavity and steel blade shroud above the table, along with surrounding guards that protect the operator from contact with the blade while in cut mode.
