Upgraded Controller for Auxiliaries
Can be designed as a stand-alone or networked controller.
The X-Series Controller from Foremost Machine Builders is an advanced Programmable Logic Controller designed as a stand-alone or networked controller. The X-Series Controller is capable of running all your Foremost machines, through an interface device. As different customer requirements are identified, the X-Series Controller will help cut down development and lead time for even the most complex projects.
The X-Series controller is available in 32 or 64 I/O configurations, both in the same high-density NEMA 4X-12 polycarbonate enclosure. The X-Series controller comes standard with Automation Direct software, and can be upgraded to Allen Bradley, if desired.
Standard features include a 7-in. HMI color touchscreen display; emergency stop power-cutoff switch; main power disconnect with built-in lockout-tagout; removable main power connector; ethernet and RS-485 connectivity; and a three-color stack light with an integrated 85dB Horn.
Foremost will be exhibiting at the Extrusion 2021 Conference, September 21-23, Rosemont, Ill.
