Avient Opens ColorWorks Technology Center in Mexico City
This is the company’s sixth such center aimed at providing technical guidance in plastic product development from its early stages.
Avient has opened a ColorWorks Design and Technology Center in Mexico City, strengthening the company’s ability to offer color design services to customers in Latin America and complementing an existing ColorWorks facility in São Paulo, Brazil. This brings the number of Avient’s ColorWorks facilities to six locations worldwide, including Merate (Italy), Singapore and U.S. sites in West Chicago, Illinois and Phoenix, Arizona.
At the ColorWorks Design and Technology Centers, Avient customers can work directly with ColorWorks teams in the early stages of product development to help shorten time to market, control costs and manage color consistently across the globe. As with all Avient ColorWorks facilities, the new location will offer Color, Material and Finish (CMF) trend consultation, in-person or virtual color development, rapid prototyping and more.
