Infrared Sensor Improves Water Vapor Permeation Measurement and Quality Control
Sensor provides enhanced measurement capabilities, and real-time data collection, delivering high level accuracy.
Labthink's new Infrared Sensor is designed to enhance precision, efficiency, and reliability in water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) measurement. Leveraging state-of-the-art tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) infrared technology, the sensor provides enhanced measurement capabilities, and real-time data collection, delivering high level accuracy. TDLAS laser spectroscopy technology uses a single-frequency light source. The frequency of the light source is tuned to the absorption frequency of water vapor molecules, making the detection of even small amounts of water vapor detectable.
Key features include:
• High precision: Labthink's Infrared Sensor is tuned specifically for water vapor measurement within a narrow band spectrum, thus minimizing interference from other molecules.
• High sensitivity: The sensor boasts exceptional sensitivity, allowing for the detection of very small amounts of water vapor.
• Versatility: With its adaptable design, the Infrared Sensor is suitable for a diverse range of applications, including pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, packaging, and more. It provides unparalleled flexibility to meet the unique needs of various industries.
• Robust construction: Built with durability in mind, Labthink's Infrared Sensor is engineered to withstand the rigors of industrial environments, ensuring long-term reliability and consistent performance.
