Manifold Block Line Extended

Hasco has expanded the Z920/… manifold block line, adding new connection threads and lengths, making custom configuration of flexible cooling circuits easier. Central water inflow/outflow enables the use of shorter hose lengths, saving energy. Feed and return lines are distinguished through blue and red anodized manifold blocks. The clear arrangement of the cooling lines facilitates greater safety and reliable production.

Mounted directly on the injection molding machine, the Z920/... manifold blocks are compatible with Hasco cooling elements which can be individually extended through a modular plug-in system. Hoses are connected via fixed screw connections or nipple-coupling combinations. Heat-resistant up to 200°C, the system is and designed for a maximum operating pressure of 15 bar (218 psi).
