BinMaster’s NCR-86 radar level sensor is designed to streamline bulk material inventory management. When paired with BinCloud software, the sensor offers a single solution for measuring any solid or liquid commodity across vessels and sites, while all accessible through a single login. The sensor simplifies commodity management with one radar, one software and one login one system, giving users a seamless and efficient solution.
The company says the sensor offers versatile features enabling the NCR-86 to adapt to any level measurement application, providing 1-mm accuracy for solids, powders or liquids of varying bulk density or specific gravity. The sensor provides quick and reliable data. Despite challenging conditions such as dust, foam, steam or condensation, the NCR-86 ensures rapid data updates, enhancing efficiency in inventory management.
The sensor also offers a simple Bluetooth setup using a BinDisc or the BinMaster Sensor App, optionally connected to a phone or PC, thereby facilitating easy installation. The NCR-86 is a cost-effective solution utilizing wireless and solar gateways, long-range transceivers and HART consolidator modules to reduce system costs and complexity.
