Cobot Palletizing System for Bottles
NPE2024: Proco Machinery’s new collaborative robot system palletizes bottles with trays and tier sheets up to 104 in. high.
Proco Machinery is demonstrating the efficiency and reduced need for manual labor afforded by its new collaborative robot (cobot) palletizing system for bottles. The unit automates palletizing of trays and tier sheets up to 104 inches high, which is said to exceed the capability of other systems. This flexible unit can be easily incorporated into a case packer, Proco says, permitting seamless integration into production lines. Combining palletizing and case packing optimizes space utilization.
